Stan Samuels concentrates in real estate matters. His practice includes representing buyers, sellers, investors, joint venturers, 1031 exchangers and developers in real estate transactions; lenders and borrowers in real estate financing; and landlords and tenants in leasing transactions. He also handles estate planning and business matters.

He is the co-author of "The Lawyer in a Real Estate Transaction” and the “Checklist for Real Estate Transactions” in the most current publication of Fundamentals of Real Estate Transactions (Oregon CLE). Stan has served for many years on the Oregon State Bar Real Estate Section Committee on Legal Opinions. He was selected by his peers for inclusion in the upcoming 2007 edition of The Best Lawyers in America, in the real estate category. Stan has received this recognition in every edition since the first edition was published in 1983. He is listed as a leader in his field in the most current edition of Chambers USA America’s Leading Lawyers for Business. He was selected as an Oregon Super Lawyer for 2006 and as one of Portland’s Best Lawyers in 2006 in the Portland Monthly. Stan is also a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers.
