Karen L. Reed is of counsel with Bateman Seidel. Her practice includes renewable energy, real estate, environmental and regulatory law. Karen has experience representing solar and wind facilities owners and operators and landlords, tenants, developers and financial institutions in real estate transactions, including office, retail, commercial/light industrial and residential properties. Prior to joining the firm, Karen was an Assistant Attorney General and Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of New Mexico for 10 years, handling a wide variety of matters in areas including: real property and water law; natural resources development, management and restoration; environmental law; commercial law; and renewable and conventional energy.
